I am pretty sure I am related to Edward as an "uncle" of my Mother. There are several EVANS that are related that farmed they valley back then. The 1900 Tulare county census (ED #63) also says they had 2 children. Do you have any more info about Helena to indicate if (or not) she was married to Edward?
