Long Illness Proves Fatal to Native of Mississippi
James Wilson Bell, aged 72, 2221 Jefferson Avenue, died last night at hisresidence, following a lingering illness. Mr Bell had resided in Memphisseven years. He was a native of Mississippi.
Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Flournoy Bell, and fourdaughters, Mrs. H.P. Hurt, Mrs. E. M. Carr, Mrs. R. L. Campbell, and Mrs.Whitfield King.
The body will be sent to Pontotoc, Miss., on Thursday morning, wherefuneral and burial services will be held. J. T. Hinton & Son have chargeof the arrangements.

Remains will be sent from the residence, 2221 Jefferson Avenue, Thursdaymorning, Oct 29, to Pontotoc, Miss., where funeral and burial will takeplace. Arrangements by J. T. Hinton & Son.
