He signed a will January 29 1725/1726. Proved March 2, 1725, probated March 2, 1725/1726. Listed in The Registers of North Farnham Parish 1663-1741 and in Lunenburg Parish 1683-1700. Witnessed the inventory of Thomas Foster, March 21, 1671-1672, Westmoreland County, Virginia. Registered an earmark for his animals in Westmoreland County, September 26, 1677, later deeded land in 1679, 1681 and 1685 in Rappahannock County, (later Richmond County), Virginia, where he had moved. Deeded more land with his son Luke, Jr., in Westmoreland County, March 29, 1700, by Randolph Kirk. Lawsuits from 1701 to 1704 about title to Westmoreland County, land. Deed of October 5, 1725 and will of January 29, 1725-1726, probated March 2, 1725-1726 mentions this land.
