  Obituary from the Modesto Bee, Sunday, March 8, 1964, pA2 ELSIE MCLAUGHLIN Services for Elsie McLaughlin, 78, were held yesterday in the Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel. She died Friday in a Modesto hospital following a lengthy illness. A native of Dobbins, Yuba County, she lived in Modesto 25 years. She is survived by three brothers, Peter F. Housh of Los Gatos, Santa Clara County; Louis J. Housh of Oakland; and Fred C. Housh of Newark, Alameda County. Burial was in the Santa Maria Cemetery.
