- Anne remained unmarried and lived in Liverpool, England with her father who was consul for forty-five years. Anne conducted genealogical research on the Fontaine family and, with G. P. Putnam, published the English translation of the Rev. Jacques Fontaine's memoirs. She also compiled a genealogical chart of the Fontaine and Maury families.
