John Pells and Nelly his wife, all of the town of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and
Bronson French stated that Barent Lewis, one of the younger sons and
devisees of Leonard Lewis, conveyed on 2 Jan. 1789 in fee simple to
Jacobus Freer and Antonetta his wife 1/3 part; to Leonard B Lewis 1/3
part; and to Nellie Lewis 1/3 part of his interest in the Hardenbergh
Patent.
