    the football team, and had a band.

    Went from Louisville, Kentucky to Fall River Mills, CA to be an assistant
    minister.

    Went to Union Theological Seminary, New York, New York.

    Taught at San Francisco Theological Seminary in Marin County, just north
    of San Francisco, in San Anselmo

    Before that, he has been the minister of the Pres. church in San Rafael.

    Chair endowed in 'Christian Social Ethics' at SF Theological Seminary by
    shipping magnate Robert Dollar, the richest man in the parish.

    Her Mother and siblings moved first from Mississippi to Louisville,
    Kentucky and then to Chicago

    She studied with a Col. Palmer who started the education dept. of the U.
    of Chicago.

    She tutored John Dewey, the famous educator's children.

    Taught for a year in a German speaking area, the Plattdeuch country,
    outside of Chicago.

    Met LTW, Sr. in Louisville (went back there.)

    Almost married Frank Adeloyatte, but engaged to LTW Sr.

    Received reparations (from whom? England?) for a cargo of cotton lost in
    1812 war.

    Grew up in Macon, MI
    Then in Louisville, Kentucky
    Educated in Chicago.
    Lived later on in SF - lived through San Francisco Earthquake.

    LTW Sr. came back from Shasta County to marry Mary.

    Moved to Shasta County right after Marriage, where LTW Sr. was a
    clergyman for the area, around Fall River Mills.

    She was quite a tomboy. Broke her nose on a picket fence. She was on a
    baseball team.
